This Month’s Attribute of God Is: God helps.
Throughout our stories this month show that God helps by giving His people what they need to live faithfully and serve others. God gives us the Holy Spirit to guide and grow us, helping us live like Jesus. He helps us have faith and trust Him even when it’s hard. God also equips us to do His work, just as He helped Timothy lead and serve the church. Through wisdom and love, He helps us care for others and live out our faith in practical ways. In every situation, God gives the help we need to follow Him.

This Month’s Unit Title Is: The Great Love Race
Jesus races after us with relentless, unstoppable love. His love is not passive. It pursues, chases and overcomes every obstacle to reach our hearts. From the dusty roads of Galilee to the cross at Calvary, Jesus showed that love moves—it takes action, endures pain and never quits. Jesus ran the race all the way to the end for us.

The Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11–24)
Jesus told a parable about a son who left home and squandered his inheritance. His father welcomed him home with love and celebration.
Brite Idea: Jesus never stops loving us.
The Ten Lepers (Luke 17:11–19)
Jesus healed 10 men with leprosy after they asked for His help. Only one, a Samaritan, returned to thank Jesus. Jesus told the man that his faith had made him well.
Brite Idea: Jesus loves everyone.
Triumphal Entry (Matthew 21:1–11)
As Jesus rode into Jerusalem, the crowds spread cloaks and branches and shouted “Hosanna!” The people celebrated that Jesus is the King God promised!
Brite Idea: Jesus came to save us.
Cleansing of the Temple (Matthew 21:12–17; Mark 11:15–18)
Jesus drove out from the temple the money changers and merchants who had used it to cheat people and make money. This angered the chief priests and scribes.
Brite Idea: Jesus loves what is right.
Judas Betrays Jesus (Luke 22:1–6, 39–53; John 13:1–17)
Jesus foretold His suffering and betrayal. Later in the garden of Gethsemane, Jesus prayed, but His disciples slept. Judas led a mob to arrest Jesus. Jesus was arrested and taken away.
